Japan upgrades economic assessment for 2nd month
TOKYO, Japan - Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi takes his seat to preside over a meeting of his economic ministers at his official resident April 10. A government economic report for April, adopted at the meeting, said the Japanese economy is showing increasing signs of bottoming out, for a second straight month.
