Mizuho chief admits prior computer tests insufficient
TOKYO, Japan - Mizuho Holdings Inc. President Terunobu Maeda tells the House of Representatives Financial Affairs Committee on April 24 that computer tests prior to the April 1 launch of the two Mizuho group banks were insufficient and that this was a factor behind the problems plaguing their computer systems.
