Takeda to sell pesticide business to Sumitomo Chemical

TOKYO, Japan - Kunio Takeda (L), president of Takeda Chemical Industries Ltd., and Hiromasa Yonekura, president of Sumitomo Chemical Co., shake hands at a press conference at a hotel in Tokyo's Chiyoda Ward on July 31.
