Kelly visits Seoul on his way to Pyongyang
SEOUL, South Korea - James Kelly (L), the U.S. assistant secretary of state for East Asian and Pacific Affairs, shakes hands with South Korean Foreign Affairs and Trade Minister Choi Sung Hong at the foreign ministry in Seoul on Oct. 2 prior to their talks.
