New TEPCO chief vows to do best to restore public trust
TOKYO - Tsunehisa Katsumata (R), new president of Tokyo Electric Power Co. (TEPCO), gives a news conference along with his predecessor Naoya Minami (L) in Tokyo on Oct. 15.
