Gov't downgrades economic assessment for Nov.
TOKYO, Japan - Financial Services Minister Heizo Takenaka (2nd from R), also state minister in charge of economic and fiscal policy, presents a monthly report on the economy for November at a meeting of cabinet ministers Nov. 12.
