Hanshin makes move on Nakamura, offers 6-year deal

OSAKA, Japan - Katsuyoshi Nozaki (L), president of the Central League baseball club Hanshin Tigers, and its manager Senichi Hoshino (2nd from L) meet with Norihiro Nakamura (R), at a hotel in Osaka on Nov. 21 in a bid to lure the free agent slugger into signing a lucrative multiyear deal.
