Ishikawa Pref. brewer to sell low-alcohol sake

KANAZAWA, Japan - A brewer in Kanazawa, Ishikawa Prefecture, will on Dec. 12 start selling sake with almost no alcohol content but with the taste and flavor unimpaired, the brewer said Dec. 5. Fukumitsuya, the largest brewer in the prefecture, says its ''Enkai Kibun (party mood),'' to be sold in 200-milliliter bottles and priced at 250 yen, is the first of its kind in the industry.
