Arson probably caused fatal 2001 Kabukicho fire: report
TOKYO, Japan - Toshifumi Teramoto, chief of the investigation section of the Tokyo Fire Department, speaks at a news conference Dec. 12 after releasing a report on a 2001 fire that gutted a four-story building in Tokyo's Kabukicho and left 44 people dead. The report said that arson was the most likely cause of the fire. (Kyodo)
