Daihatsu's fuel-cell minivehicle gets gov't test approval

OSAKA, Japan - Daihatsu Motor Co. has received authorization from the transport minister for tests of its fuel cell-powered hybrid minivehicle MOVE FCV-K-2 (photo) on public roads, the company said on Jan. 15. It is the first time for a minivehicle equipped with fuel cells to receive the authorization. (Kyodo)
