High court lowers Yamaguchi's sentence
TOKYO, Japan - Former Labor Minister Toshio Yamaguchi speaks at a news conference in Tokyo on Feb. 25 after the Tokyo High Court lowered his prison sentence to three years and six months for fraud and embezzlement in a loan scandal that involved two failed credit unions.
