TOKYO, Japan - Aki Shionoya (photo), a state-paid policy secretary of Takanori Sakai, a House of Representatives member from the ruling Liberal Democratic Party, and another Sakai aide were arrested by prosecutors on March 4 on suspicion of failing to list in official documents donations worth more than 10 million yen a year for four to five years until around 2001.
