Nomura Real Estate executive to become Cosmo Securities head

OSAKA, Japan - Cosmo Securities Co. has informally appointed Nomura Real Estate Development Co. Managing Director Haruhiko Moriyama (file photo) as president to succeed Tomoaki Murakami, who will become chairman, officials at the brokerage affiliated with Resona Bank said March 14. The appointments will be formalized at a board meeting of the Osaka-based brokerage in June. (Kyodo)
