Bankers assoc. chief hopes for no negative impact from Resona

TOKYO, Japan - Shigemitsu Miki, chairman of the Japanese Bankers Association, tells reporters in Tokyo on May 20 that he hopes the government's decision to inject public funds into Resona Bank will noot adversely affect other banks' efforts to get along on their own.
