N. Korean ship sails to Niigata, 1st time since June

NIIGATA, Japan - The North Korean freighter Hwangkumsan sailed July 17 into Naoetsu port in Joetu, Niigata Prefecture, for the first time since another North Korean vessel, the Mangyongbong-92, canceled a planned port call at Niigata port in June. (Kyodo)
