Okuda voices interest in 2nd term as Nippon Keidanren chief
TOKYO, Japan - Chairman Hiroshi Okuda (in file photo) of the Japan Business Federation, Japan's most powerful business lobby, indicated July 22 he may stay in the role for another two-year term. ''Whether president or chairman (of a company), you start to understand what you are doing in the second year and can take action on your own in the third year,'' the 70-year-old Okuda said at a press conference.
