Kurdish leader welcomes dispatch of SDF troops to Iraq

BAGHDAD, Iraq - Former Japanese Foreign Minister Masahiko Komura (C), who heads a delegation of Japanese lawmakers, holds talks with Massoud Barzani (R), leader of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, in Baghdad on Aug. 3.
