N. Korea agrees to 6-way talks in last week of Aug.
BEIJING, China - Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Wang Yi speaks to reeporters at Beijing airport on Aug. 9. Wang, who returned from a trip to the North, said North Korea has nearly agreed to a plan to hold six-nation talks aimed at ending the standoff over its nuclear weapons program as a three-day session in the last week of August.
