OSE to introduce whistle-blower system

OSAKA, Japan - Goro Tatsumi, president of the Osaka Securities Exchange (OSE), speaks at a news conference in Osaka on Aug. 13. He said the Osaka-based bourse will introduce a whistle-blower system after the Financial Services Agency issued the previous day a business improvement order as part of penalties on the OSE for artificially making its stock options market appear more active.
