Koizumi vows to raise abduction issue in 6-way talks

BERLIN, Germany - Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi fields questions from reporters Aug. 17 aboard a government plane to Berlin. He said Japan will raise the issue of Japanese abducted by North Korea during the Aug. 27-29 six-nation talks, and that the issue of North Korea's nuclear development program should be settled peacefully.
