Iceland's premier speaks on whaling decision

REYKJAVIK, Iceland - Icelandic Prime Minister David Oddsson speaks in an interview with Kyodo News on Sept. 10. He said that a decision by Iceland on whether it will resume commercial whaling may be affected by whether Japan will agree to buy whale meat from Iceland. ''There is a connection between the two,'' Oddsson said. (Kyodo)
