KOMAKI, Japan - Citizens protest the dispatch of Japanese Self-Defense Forces (SDF) troops to Iraq in front of the main gate of the Air Self-Defense Force base at Komaki, Aichi Prefecture, on Dec. 24. Demonstrators holding placards and colorful glow sticks in various shapes filled the streets in scenes resembling an outdoor concert.
