Ashikaga Bank to cut 300 jobs, cut labor costs by 30%
UTSUNOMIYA, Japan - Ashikaga Bank President Norihito Ikeda speaks at a press conference in Utsunomiya, Tochigi Prefecture, on Feb. 6.
