JR East to build Shinkansen trains capable of 400 kph
TOKYO, Japan - East Japan Railway Co. (JR East) will build two prototype Shinkansen bullet trains capable of reaching a top speed of 400 kilometers per hour (their images shown in photo), the railway operator said Feb. 10.
