Ruling ordering state compensation in O-157 case upheld

OSAKA, Japan - Yoshinori Minamino (L), eldest son of Hajimu Minamino who sued the state for compensation in connection with a 1996 outbreak of food poisoning, speaks to reporters in Osaka's Kita Ward on Feb. 19.
