NHK President Ebisawa expresses intention to resign

TOKYO, Japan - Katsuji Ebisawa, president of Japan's scandal-tainted public broadcaster Japan Broadcasting Corp. (NHK), answers reporters' questions with a smile in front of his residence in Tokyo's Nakano Ward on Jan. 25.
