Livedoor to integrate Internet and broadcasting services
TOKYO, Japan - Takafumi Horie, president of Internet service provider Livedoor Co., tells a press conference in Tokyo on Feb. 8 that the company has bought a 35.0 percent stake in radio broadcaster Nippon Broadcasting System Inc. in a bid to integrate broadcasting and Internet services and create new business opportunities.
