TOKYO, Japan - House of Representatives member Kazuyoshi Nakanishi of the ruling Liberal Democratic Party bites his lip during a press conference at a Tokyo hotel on March 11. The 40-year-old Nakanishi apologized and vowed never to drink again a day after tendering his resignation as a lawmaker following his arrest on suspicion of molesting a woman while being drunk.
