Court OKs local tax reduction for pro-N. Korea group's hall
KUMAMOTO, Japan - The Kumamoto District Court ruled April 21 that the Kumamoto Korean hall owned by the pro-North Korea General Association of Korean Residents in Japan can have a tax reduction because of its public nature.
