JAL to raise domestic fares in January

TOKYO, Japan - Japan Airlines President Toshiyuki Shinmachi tells a press conference in Tokyo on Aug. 29 that JAL plans to raise fares on its domestic routes possibly in January 2006 because of rising fuel costs. (Kyodo)
