High Court overturns Ichitaro patent infringement ruling

TOKYO, Japan - The Intellectual Property High Court overturned a lower court ruling Sept. 30, saying Justsystem Corp. can continue to produce and sell its Ichitaro word-processing software (in photo) and Hanako graphics software as they do not infringe upon a Matsushita Electric Industrial Co. patent.
