Ex-diplomat recognizes existence of secret pact on Okinawa's ret
YOKOHAMA, Japan - Bunroku Yoshino, who negotiated with the U.S. government for Okinawa's return to Japan as director general of the ministry's American Bureau, speaks during an interview at his home in Yokohama on FEb. 8.
