Launch of components for Japan's 1st space station to be delayed
TOKYO, Japan - This is an artist's image of Japan's first manned space laboratory, called Kibo, upon its completion in the International Space Station. Sources familiar with the project said on FEb. 25 that the launch of components for Kibo will be delayed to 2008 or later due to a cut in U.S. space shuttle launches. The graphics was provided by the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency. (Kyodo)
