Nippon Steel, Sumitomo Metal to mull partial integration

TOKYO, Japan - Shoji Muneoka (L), vice president of Nippon Steel Corp., and Fumio Motobu, vice president of Sumitomo Metal Industries Ltd., shake hands during a press conference in Tokyo on Feb. 28.
