3 steelmakers to consider anti-takeover measures
TOKYO, Japan - The vice presidents of three steel makers -- (from L to R) Toshio Kimura of Kobe Steel Ltd., Nobuyoshi Fujiwara of Nippon Steel Corp. and Fumio Hombe of Sumitomo Metal Industries Ltd. -- hold a joint press conference in Tokyo on March 29.
