6 nations fail to agree on resolution enabling sanctions on Iran
PARIS, France - U.S. Undersecretary of State Nicholas Burns speaks at a press conference after a meeting of senior officials from the five permanent members of the U.N. Security Council plus Germany in Paris on May 2. Burns said that senior officials from the six countries failed to reach agreement on a resolution based on Chapter 7 of the U.N.
