BOJ chief upbeat on economic outlook, mum on rate hike
TOKYO, Japan - Bank of Japan Governor Toshihiko Fukui (L) takes his seat to preside over a one-day quarterly meeting of BOJ branch managers at the central bank in Tokyo on July 6.
