Asashoryu back in lead with demolition of Baruto
TOKYO, Japan - Yokozuna Asashoryu (back) toppled Estonian behemoth Baruto with ease and regained a share of the lead at the Autumn Grand Sumo Tournament at Tokyo's Ryogoku Kokugikan on Sept. 16. A day after the yokozuna and the five ozeki each lost their bouts, Asashoryu came flying off the line in a nonstop attack of powerful thrusts that sent Baruto reeling backward over the edge. (Kyodo)
