HANOI, Vietnam - Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe smiles at Russian President Vladimir Putin prior to their talks in Hanoi on Nov. 18. The two leaders agreed on seeking a ''mutually acceptable resolution'' to a territorial dispute, the major obstacle that has prevented the two countries from signing a postwar peace treaty, Japanese government officials said.
