Japan parliament to enact revised education law

TOKYO, Japan - Prime Minister Shinzo Abe speaks to reporters after a bill for revision of the post-World War II basic education law was approved at a House of Councillors key committee on Dec. 14. The bill aimed at instilling patriotism in classrooms is set to be enacted by the upper chamber on Dec. 15. (Kyodo)
