Abe tells NATO Japan won't shy from sending troops for int'l pea
BRUSSELS, Belgium - Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe (L) addresses a meeting of the North Atlantic Council at the NATO headquarters in Brussels on Jan. 12 as NATO Secretary General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer (R) looks on.
