Japan suspends use of anti-flu drug Tamiflu for teens

TOKYO, Japan - The anti-flu drug Tamiflu, wrapped in packages sold in Japan. (File photo) The drug, manufactured by Roche Holding AG of Switzerland, is imported and sold in Japan by Chugai Pharmaceutical Co. The Japanese health ministry announced March 21 that the government has recommended against the use of the anti-flu drug Tamiflu among teenagers. (Kyodo)
