TOKYO, Japan - File photo taken in January 2014 in Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture, shows Haruko Obokata (L), a scientist at the Riken Center for Developmental Biology, and University of Yamanashi professor Teruhiko Wakayama, at a press conference on "stimulus-triggered acquisition of pluripotency," or STAP, a method of generating pluripotent cells.
