Sanyo approves Iue's resignation, Sano to become new president
OSAKA, Japan - Sanyo Electric Co. President Toshimasa Iue (L) and Vice President Seiichiro Sano at a news conference in Moriguchi, Osaka Prefecture on March 28, where Iue announced that Sano will take over his job on April 1. The move puts an end to the founding family-led management of Sanyo's 60-year history. (Kyodo)
