TOKYO, Japan - Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe (R) shakes hands with former U.S. Secretary of State Henry Kissinger at his office in Tokyo on March 30 prior to their talks. They shared views on the importance of further strengthening bilateral relations and agreed on the need to persuade North Korea to fulfill its promises to abolish its nuclear arms and development programs.
