Chile apex court rules Fujimori should not be extradited to Peru

SANTIAGO, Chile - Former Peruvian President Alberto Fujimori smiles as he reads out the decision by Chile's Supreme Court, watched by his daughter Keiko at a home outside Santiago on July 11. The court ruled that Fujimori should not be extradited to Peru, his lawyer said. On all counts of the charges, Fujimori has no direct involvement, the court said in handing down the decision.
