Lower house passes hepatitis relief bill
TOKYO, Japan - Health, Labor and Welfare Minister Yoichi Masuzoe bows in apology at a plenary session of the House of Representatives on Jan. 8 after the lower house unanimously approved a bill to offer blanket relief to people with hepatitis C caused by tainted blood products. (Kyodo)
