Tokyo to inject 40 bil. yen in ailing Shinginko Tokyo

TOKYO, Japan - Ryuichi Tsushima, president of Shinginko Tokyo, a bank set up by the Tokyo metropolitan government in April 2005, speaks to reporters in Tokyo on Feb. 20.
