Asian club champions Urawa fire manager Osieck
TOKYO, Japan - Urawa Reds have fired manager Holger Osieck (in file photo) just two games into the new season, the J-League first-division club said March 16. The announcement comes 24 hours after Urawa suffered their second game in a row with a 2-0 defeat at home to Nagoya Grampus Eight, although unrest in the dressing room is also thought to have been a factor in the Reds' decision to show Osieck the door.
