Japan authorities hold 8 tril. yen in Fannie, Freddie debt

TOKYO, Japan - Finance Minister Bunmei Ibuki (standing) speaks at a meeting of the House of Councillors Committee on Financial Affairs in Tokyo on Sept. 19.
